Legacy of "Love"

The time was August 23, 1937 when a beautiful, dark haired, baby girl named "Ruth" was born the oldest of 13 children. Times were hard, food scarce, and even the basic things for survival were a challenge. Years would continue to pass and bring many other siblings to the family. At the age of 16 a tall, handsome man would win the heart of Ruth and they would marry. Three years later this young couple would have a bouncing baby girl of their own.(that was me...lol!) Ruth was widowed at the very young age of 25 leaving her to raise their little girl by herself. As fate would have it only a few short months later, another man would sweep Ruth and her little girl off their feet. This marriage would last 47 and a half years. The contributing factor here was her "Love", and many hours of hard work and endurance. After all, the name "Ruth" means "compassion". Everyone that was blessed to have known her would tell you this was one of her greatest gifts. Her special smile could melt your Heart and make the whole world seem a better place. Her senior years would finally bring retirement with time for all the things she enjoyed such as cooking, baking, gardening, and spending time with family. Ruth's earthly purpose was fulfilled on July 15, 2010 when she moved to her Heavenly Home with her Savior,Jesus. I am so happy she is finally at Peace. It was a honor and privilege to have called this special lady "Mom". ~ In Loving Memory ~

Are You Listening To The Language Of Truth?

Did you know we are three part beings? Yes, Spirit, Soul, and Body and they each have their own special language.

Let's start with the body. The language of the body is frequency. We can raise our body frequency by eating good veggies and fruits and staying away from sugars and coffee just to name a few. Theraputic Essential Oils are also another excellent way we can raise our bodies frequency.

Next, we have a Soul. Our Soul consists of our Mind, Will and Emotions. The language of the Soul is words. Every been around people that thrive on praise or compliments? Often if they don't get it they have a very hard time functioning. The Left-Brain is most dominant in the soulish realm.

Last, we are a Spirit. It is the most important of our three part beings. The language of the Spirit is pictures. We think in pictures. Did you realize that?
So what pictures are you looking at? Science is proving that these pictures are actually stored in our cells too, hence called cell memories. These memories also have a feeling. Is your feelings in love and truth or fear and falsehood? I hope it is in the first and not the latter. Only you can answer that question about any given situation. The Right-Brain is most dominant in the spiritual realm.

To me it is very important to learn to balance all three with the Spirit being the Master. I am on personal journey to achieve this more everyday. Hope you will make this your priority too.

Are you living In The "NOW"?

Interesting question, I suppose but, living in the "Now" is critical for a great life and excelling in anything. We live in the past, future or present. What is the difference you ask? Let's start with living in the past. When we live in the past we have feelings of sadness, shame, quilt to name a few. Living in the future often brings feelings of fear or anxiety. I must confess that I have been in both of these states. How about you? Living in the present is where we want to be but, even then we can be in the present with feelings of anger, wrong goals etc. It is much better to be in the present "Now" moment in Love, Joy and Peace.

Living in the present is being content with your circumstances. This doesn't necessarily mean all is going well. True Contentment is when you are okay, no matter what. Having an attitude of gratitude for what you have is required for real true contentment. Often we aren't grateful for things unless we have experienced some lack in a situation.

I encourage you to evaluate your life and feelings and determine if you are living in the present "Now" moment. Remember it is never to late to start!

What pictures are you looking at?

Okay…do you have your answer? Maybe you’re waiting for a little more explanation. Let me start by saying, “We think in pictures.” Want proof? When you think the word “DOG” or “CAT” you don’t see the words; you see a picture in your minds eye of the animal, probaly one that has been significant in your life.

These significant pictures have a feeling attached to them. Let’s consider all of the thoughts we have ever had and all the pictures and feelings attached to them. If the feeling was of a positive nature such as love, joy, peace, etc. that is really good. What happens if those pictures have negative feelings such as fear, anger, sadness, etc.? Glad you asked.

These pictures with negative feelings create a STRESS RESPONSE in your physical body. We all have experienced stress. When stress is of a negative nature it causes a “Fight or Flight Reaction” This type of stress can cause major havoc within our autonomic nervous system and our overall health when it is continuously going off multiple times a day.

Are you starting to get the picture? I couldn’t resist that. :~) So what do you do about these pictures, the feelings they cause, and the stress response? Because they are made of energy you must use a energy tool to heal the issues that started the whole process in the beginning.

To get more detailed information and learn about the energy tool I use click on the title to this post. A good place to start would be on the right column, under The Healing Codes Story. The MP3 audio by Dr. Alex Loyd is very informative.

So with just a little more insight into my original question I ask again……What pictures are you looking at?

The Way Of LOVE...Happy Valentines Day

The Way Of LOVE

LOVE suffers long and is kind;
LOVE does not envy;
LOVE does not parade itself,
is not puffed up;

does not behave rudely,
does not seek its own,
is not provoked,
thinks no evil;

does not rejoice in inquity,
but rejoices in the truth;

bears all things,
believes all things,
hopes all thing,
endures all things.

LOVE never fails.

Memories of Year 1962

It was the year 1962 in a small inland town on the East Coast
of North Carolina. The latter few months of this year proved
to be a very eventful time of my life. I was six years old. August
of this year my biological father had passed on to his heavenly
home and my Mom and I were left alone. Mom worked all the
time so I was left with others regularly. Mom worked at a drive-in
restaurant on the main street of our town. Locals would drop in
for lunch or just to get something to drink. Occasionally there
would be a new customer as with the gentleman I am about to tell
you about. He was tall, handsome man with a flat top haircut. He
would always order a cup of coffee. This became a regular habit of
this gentleman as he was enjoying seeing my beautiful mother. It
didn't take long before he started to pursue my mothers company.
Mom wasn't to interested and thought he must be a traveling salesman
passing thru and would be short lived in this little town. After a little
persistence from the man and a some encouragement from another coworker,
mom decided she would give him a chance and the pleasure of her company.
Well to make a long story short it was more than one date. The dating process
was very short lived as this young couple were married on December 7,1962.
I am pleased to say my Mom and Stepfather just celebrated their 46th
anniversary on this past Sunday. Happy Anniversary...I Love Both of You
very much!!!
